How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Express shipping is available for 1-2 business days. Custom LED configurations typically take 2-3 weeks from confirmation to shipping.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all LED lighting products against manufacturing defects. This covers LED chips, drivers, and housing integrity. Installation-related issues are covered for 30 days with professional installation.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes! We offer professional installation services nationwide through our certified installer network. Installation includes wiring, mounting, and switch configuration with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your LED lights ship. You can also track your order status on our Order Status page using your order number and email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, LED products enter production and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@northlights.com if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and financing options through Affirm. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Are your LED lights road legal?
Our LED light bars and pods are designed for off-road use. Rock lights and interior lighting are road legal in most jurisdictions. Always check your local and state regulations before installation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time, but we're working to expand our shipping options.
