RETURN POLICY
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most LED lighting products for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all components included.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
- • Products must be unused and uninstalled
- • Original packaging and all components required
- • No signs of installation, wear, or damage
- • All mounting hardware must be included
- • Wiring harnesses must be unused
CUSTOM LED SOLUTIONS
Custom LED lighting configurations and specialized mounting hardware are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under our lifetime warranty.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
All North Lights LED products are backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are processed separately from returns and exchanges.
EXCHANGE INSTEAD?
